Treasury Management Conversion Resources for VCD-Only Users Launch Feb. 28

GRB is preparing to upgrade its online and mobile banking experience with the upcoming transition to our new GRB Treasury Management platform.

For Virtual Check Deposit (VCD) users, this will mean a new log in experience with enhanced security when the platform launches.

What is Changing?

As a VCD-only user, you do not use GRBonline for Business Banking and currently access VCD via a link to the SmartPay portal, the GRB Mobile Deposit App, or both.

Beginning Monday, Feb. 28, you will access the SmartPay portal via GRB’s new Treasury Management platform. You will have access to view and make deposits though the Treasury Management online platform or mobile app. For VCD-only users, only the option to go to the SmartPay portal to view your VCD transactions and make deposits will be available. No other business banking capabilities will be accessible.

When logged in as a VCD-only user, the Receivables tab will be your new link to the SmartPay portal.
You will not be able to access the current SmartPay Portal link after 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25 as we prepare for the transition.

When is the Login Changing?

Live Date: Monday, Feb. 28.

In the week leading up to your Live Date, it is important that at least one person from your organization be available to receive the conversion emails so your organization can log in on Feb. 28

  1. Tuesday, Feb. 22 – GRB will provide you with your User ID and Company ID for Treasury Management via email.
  2. Friday, Feb. 25 – GRB will send an email to all VCD users in your organization reiterating the Go-Live instructions. This will be the last day you can log into the SmartPay portal. After 7 p.m., the SmartPay portal link will not be accessible.
  3. Sunday, Feb. 27 – Users will receive a Welcome Email from Jack Henry Associates (JHA) containing a link to reset their password and access the system the first time. Please note: If you currently use only the GRB Mobile Deposit App, you will still need to follow the link to the online platform for the first time to establish your credentials. You may then download and access VCD via GRB’s Treasury Management App.
  4. Monday, Feb. 28– This is your live date. A final email from GRB will include access instructions and other reminders for your Live Date. It is important that at least one person from your organization be available to receive the conversion emails so your organization has access to Treasury Management and VCD transaction information on Feb. 28.
