I was born and raised in Cuba and moved to the United States with my parents when I was 18 years old. That experience taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of having a place to call home.
I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Business Administration and Management. While attending college, I began an internship with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which led to a full-time position after graduation. I spent seven years with the USDA developing strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, and helping people navigate important financial decisions before bringing that experience to GRB.
Today, I am passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, moving up to accommodate a growing family, downsizing, or investing in your future, I am committed to helping you find the mortgage solution that best fits your needs and goals. I understand that every borrower has a unique story, and I take pride in providing personalized guidance every step of the way.
Family is my greatest source of motivation and purpose. I have a beautiful family, and they inspire me every day to serve my clients with honesty, dedication, and care.
I also believe that strong partnerships are the foundation of a successful homebuying experience. I enjoy working closely with Realtors to create a smooth and efficient process for our mutual clients. Open communication is a top priority for me, and I make it a point to keep everyone informed throughout the mortgage journey. By ensuring that homebuyers, Realtors, and all parties involved understand the next steps, we can work together effectively to help clients move confidently from application to closing.
Whether you’re buying your first home or your forever home, I look forward to helping you navigate the mortgage process with confidence and making your homeownership dreams a reality.
