Timelines for 2025 Tax Documents

GRB Deposit Accounts & Portfolio Loans

All 1098s/1099s for GRB deposit accounts and portfolio loans will be available electronically on Jan. 22, 2026 for customers who selected this option in GRBonline

For those who requested a printed document, all 1098s/1099s will be printed and mailed by Jan. 31, 2026. 

Files for all 1098/1099 reporting will be transmitted to the IRS on Feb. 26, 2026.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

HSA and IRA customers can make prior year contributions through April 15, 2026.  As such, all 5498s (for IRA and HSA contributions) will be created after processing on April 15, 2026.  5498-SA forms will be available electronically on May 8, 2026 for customers who selected this option in GRBonline.

For those who requested a printed document, the forms will be printed and mailed by May 31, 2026.

Mortgage Information

For mortgages serviced by Servbank on behalf of GRB, 1098s will be mailed to customers with their monthly statement by Jan. 21, 2026.  Electronic year-end statements will be sent via email by Jan. 14, 2026.  These documents will also be available in the borrower portal. GRB will send a 1098 for any points/interest paid at closing and any upfront PMI payments.

For mortgages sold to other investors, the investor sends out the 1098s.
