Genesee Regional Bank (GRB) earned the No. 14 spot on the 2026 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 list, adding a meaningful milestone to the bank’s 30th anniversary year. The rankings were revealed at the annual awards celebration on November 5, an evening made especially memorable by the opportunity to celebrate alongside customers, business partners, and fellow honorees.

The Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 recognizes the fastest-growing privately held companies headquartered in the nine-county Greater Rochester region. Rankings are based on both dollar and percentage revenue growth. This year marks GRB’s 13th appearance on the list, and proudly holds the position of the only bank included among the 2026 honorees.

Recognition Built on Relationships

Behind this achievement is the daily work of GRB employees. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to understanding each customer’s needs help build the relationships that support the bank’s continued growth.

From helping a business owner evaluate an opportunity to working through a customer’s next financial decision, our employees make those relationships meaningful. This recognition is a proud reflection of their contributions across the bank.

Sharing the evening with customers and partners made the honor even more special. Seeing so many of those businesses and partners recognized on the Top 100 list was an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments as well as our own.

“This recognition is especially meaningful as we celebrate 30 years of serving the Greater Rochester community,” said Philip L. Pecora, President and CEO of Genesee Regional Bank. “Our success has always been tied to the success of our customers. We are grateful to the businesses, homeowners, community partners, and employees who have placed their trust in us over the years. Their growth and achievements are what make milestones like this possible.”

Celebrating 30 Years and Looking Ahead

GRB’s original Top 100 announcement emphasized the connection between the bank’s success and the success of its customers, a relationship that has shaped its first 30 years. Earning the No. 14 ranking gives us another reason to appreciate that shared history and look ahead with purpose.

As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on strengthening customer relationships, supporting our employees, and helping businesses pursue what comes next.

Congratulations to all of this year’s Top 100 honorees. We are honored to be in your company, and grateful to everyone who has helped make GRB’s 30th anniversary year one worth celebrating.
