Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in economics/finance from Ithaca College and completed his Master of Business Administration at Rochester Institute of Technology’s Saunders College of Business. Tim also completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Active in the community, Tim is a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Audit and Finance Committees for Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women and is a member of the Board of Directors of Friends of Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center (CMAC). He is also a former chairman of the Board of Directors of Bivona Child Advocacy Center, and continues to serve the organization as a member of its Stewardship Committee.

Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. John Fisher and spent his career with the former Central Trust Company and M&T, most recently as Vice President, Credit Officer. Randy is an experienced small business and middle market lender and credit officer, working with customers from Rochester to the North Hudson Valley.

Randy is active in the community, doing volunteer work for Foodlink and serving as a past board member on the Rochester chapters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the American Diabetes Association.
