“I am delighted to recommend Jane Feltner to anyone seeking mortgage. My wife and I recently purchased our first home through GRB's First Home Club. Jane was enthusiastic and ready to help from my initial phone inquiry all the way up to Closing Day. Being a first-time homebuyer, I probably had more questions (and more anxiety) than most clients, but Jane took it all in stride and always responded promptly with helpful information, or even just a word of encouragement if I needed it.
As a First Home Club member I was required to make savings deposits for a 10-month period and attend homebuyer education. Jane was very good about communicating with me proactively, checking in with me regarding my progress and doing her best to create a mortgage deal that would be a great fit for my circumstances.
I had a really positive experience with Jane and the Genesee Regional Bank mortgage team. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional, communicative and experienced. You'll be in good hands with Jane as your Mortgage Loan Originator.”
