I have been promoted though the ranks of Personal Banker, and had the opportunity to work at both of our branches. You aren’t just another number here; you have the opportunity to set goals, take on new challenges, and be recognized for your accomplishments. The support from coworkers is tremendous.
Developing a new-hire training program and writing and updating complex bank procedures is a large part of my work, but I love the time I spend with clients as well. The best part of my job is knowing they feel important every time they walk through our doors. I leave no question unanswered!
