Proficient in a variety of loan programs, Bonnie has additional expertise with USDA and FHA programs. She also has many years of experience with First Home Club, Homebuyer Dream Program and other grant programs available to the first-time buyer.
Bonnie, a native of the Hilton area of Rochester, has strong ties to the community, volunteers for a variety of charities and is a member of the Hilton Rotary Club. In her spare time she enjoys reading and cooking. Bonnie resides in Greece with her husband, two boys and her basset hound named Cooper.
